Rolling plating automatic line
1. Roll plating is an economical form of electroplating designed for electroplating small and medium-sized parts, which meets the surface treatment needs of most industries at present.
2. The following fields will be applied to roll plating: engineering applications, such as increasing the thickness and corrosion resistance of metals.Decorative coatings, such as nickel plating, copper plating, etc.Cosmetics industry.
So far, roll plating is one of the most important forms of electroplating in providing decorative and functional electroplating for products.
Which workpieces should be rolled plated
1.Roll plating can accommodate workpieces of various shapes and sizes and is suitable for different metals and alloys. These parts can be electroplated in the same plating tank, so that each workpiece has the same electroplating effect.
2.Usually, except for long and thin workpieces, other workpieces can be opened and placed in the drum for electroplating, which can obtain good electroplating results.
3.The electroplating quality of roll-plated processed products can be equivalent to hanging plating, and it is usually more economical than hanging plating.
4.Generally, the barrel has a diameter of 400MM and a length of 1000MM. A single barrel may be loaded with 50~175kg workpieces.
5.The rotation of the barrel and the workpiece in the groove gives it additional advantages. The rotating mechanical energy produces a polishing effect, which is more conducive to the cleaning and descaling of the workpiece than hanging plating.
6.The action of the workpiece rolling in the barrel can also improve the uniformity of electroplating.Because of the movement of the components, the bipolar effect caused by them turning on and off the power supply makes the electroplating effect of products of different shapes in the high and low electroplating areas extremely excellent. If the same parts are to be hung and plated, this may cause great problems.Because of this, and for economic reasons, almost all fasteners are in the form of roll plating.
